It was a booster motor in a two stage Estes Pro Series II Ascender with Pro Series II 29mm booster. Caused the rocket to arc severely into the wind and the sustainer to light with the rocket angling toward the ground. Impacted the ground at approximately 20 degrees from vertical while under power.
