Essentially instant failure. Motor mount ejected out the bottom (and broke clay pot blast deflector). Baffle, chute, nose cone blown out the top, two fins blown off. Body tube, one centering ring, one fin left on the pad. But of course, these motors are old and long out of production and certification...
