entire ejection charge forward closure ejected deforming the motor casing , vehicle never left the pad. destoyed motor retention ring and motor casing

motor was assemble according to manufacture instructions, prefight checks revealed normal reload, no blockage of the nozzle was found. removed 9 sec of delay was removed with manufacture DAT tool according too instructions
