Casing separated at start of lower threads (where solid case transitions to threaded portion). Aft closure, nozzle and lower O-ring (all recovered) were shot out of the bottom of the motor, bursting through the Aero Pack 54mm retainer ring. After recovery only a very small portion of the threaded section was still attached to the casing, the rest was missing.
