Casing burned in half and split about 5 inches from the aft end. Photos are available. Two grains spit forward. One unburnt. Two unscaled 7.5 Der Max rockets destroyed. Professionally painted and detailed. loss of motor hardware, propellant, materials and labor cost 1,200.00 TOTAL LOSS for a second time. I will never use the CTI offset motors again.

Immediately. Aft burned first then forward, then center. This is my second M840 failure. Loaded and examined by two L3's and one L3CC.
