Motor burned correctly. Ejection charge had been reduced from 15 seconds to 6 seconds using manufacturer's "DAT" tool with the 24mm motor adapter per recommended process. Ejection charge did not ignite, or failed to create sufficient pressure. Paper cap stayed in place. Inside of ejection charge well is charred. Rocket (Estes Partizon) did not separate and came in ballistic from apogee of roughly 1000 feet AGL. No property damage. No injuries. Rocket nose cone and top ~12" of air frame were damaged beyond repair.
