After booster CATO'd on a two stage rocket by blowing a nozzle, I suspected possible temperature or humidity cycling. I decided to ground test the sustainer motor, as these were both stored together (I had prepped the rocket in the summer but conditions did not allow me to fly). My hypothesis proved correct as the nozzle blew on this motor.
