Immediate blow out on ignition. Damaged part of motor tube when nozzle blew out. Propellant slug shot through body, burned out in the air. Rocket pushed up and off the pad but never attained flight speed. Casing completely smooth on inside, no exterior damage. Motors stored inside, not ever frozen that I'm aware of.
