Failure occurred at approximately .2 seconds after ignition. I will be submitting 5 forms for this motor and this date code and one form for an E9-6 with the same date code. I used up my last 23 E9 and E12 motors from date codes A062811 and A081811 and had 6 total failures. I provided a FULL report to Estes (with some photos).
