38 1g w/o spacers. G-58 white, with 5 seconds removed from stock delay. Stock (blue/white) igniter. At ignition, nozzle flew off, shearing through the plastic and leaving the threaded portion in the case. The shearing ripped the motor retainer off, detroying the MMT in the process and part of the tail cone. Unrestrained motor shot through airframe, but did not exit. Propellant appears to have snuffed itself out. Warranteed through AMW; manufacturer warranty form completed and returned to dealer.
