Motor failed to ignite with first First Fire igniter. Lit with second igniter. Flew for about a second before there was a loud sound like a gunshot. Lots of white smoke. Motor flew and delay charge went off as expected. Casing had bubbling in paint about an inch above the aft end and a bulge in the case there. There is another bulge in the case about 2 3/8" from the forward end. Case was a 29/360 case with RAS. The spacer is stuck in place along with the forward seal disk and forward closure.
