It is difficult to tell if a 1/2A6-0 motor blows through as the normal burn time is so short, but this one definitely failed with a classic blow-though. This was one of 6 with the same date code flown under the "old mot testing program". It is possible the one of the others also failed, but it was not definite as the burn time is so short and the other models were heavier, so they moved slower and staging was lower.
