Motor CATO occurred at ignition. Forward end / nose of rocket was blown upward about 15 feet, came down under parachute. The rocket body never left pad or lifted off of blast plate. The motor itself was completely hollowed out; nozzle and clay cap were both blown out, as well as all propellant. Photos available of motor casing and rocket during CATO event.
