Delay element appeared to burn through when rocket was 40 feet off pad causing chute ejection followed by main propellent blasting out end of forward closure destroying the engine mount above the closure and burning the rest of the rocket above the engine mount. Delay had been set to 6 seconds using Aerotech RMS delay tool.
