Motor burned for less than a second. One photo shows a black stream of smoke from the side of the rocket, just as it left the rail. The motor split completely, and peeled itself backwards. The delay grain was not lit. The aft end of the rocket was completely blown apart. Aerotech replaced the motor and the reload. I know that APCP does not explode, so I'll call this an extremely rapid over pressurization.
