With two green plumes seen, motor burned longer at decreased pressure. Made to to ~300 feet maybe. Motor ejection blew the chute out but too low to inflate. Fiberglass rocket burned through and sustainer is no longer flyable. Had to remove aft closure and push casing forward to remove from rocket. Showed the remains to Tim Lehr and he states the forward and aft O rings were appropriately installed and not reversed. Have pictures and scans. Motor casing was not used much prior to flight and the anodizing inside was in great shape. Threads did not fail. Date on case 2004 and I bought new 2007
