Single use plastic casing failed at ignition. Failed at the delay/ejection charge end. Model was undamaged as it stayed on the rod. Ejection charge burned deplying the parachute. Motor was relabeled as an Estes Pro Series II G40-7. Estes has replaced the motor with a different lot number.
