description
On ignition, the top of the rocket popped off with the nose, Chute Release, and parachute, and an 8 to 10 inch mostly yellow flame burst out the top of the rocket booster, and continued around 5-6 seconds until the propellant was used up, gutting the inside of the 2.6" tube.
Comments
Failure was immediate. The motor and rocket burned up on the rail.
