Motor chuffed once on the launch pad, enough to get the rocket approximately 5 feet off the ground, then the motor fully ignited. After full ignition the rocket tumbled to the ground - the thrust was noticeably low. The rocket landed approximately 5 feet from the launch pad. Ejection charge occurred with approximately the correct delay.
