Nozzle cracked/blew out on one side, resulting in severe off-axis thrust and very unstable rocket flight. A previous motor from the same pack flew perfectly the day before under the same conditions on the same rwent unstocket. Motor appeared to have failed while rocket was still on the launch rod, as it crashed as soon as it left the rod.
