Motor was used fir an L3 test flight in a 6" X-15 rocket and a split second after boost, the motor Cato'ed. It blew a hole in the side of the rocket and the casing blew free. Inspection shows that nothe closures blew out and both casing ends were flared. The ejected reload had cracks in the liner and one of the remaining grains appears to have voids.
