The incident happened almost immediately after ignition. Attached is a screenshot from a fantastic slow-motion video I captured of the incident showing the engine mount being blasted back towards the ground and the propellant/fireball exiting out of the top of the rocket.
I still have the spent casing, and Fred Shecter (fred.e.shecter@alum.mit.edu, NAR section 430) has the remaining two engines from the pack.
