After motor ignition in my Star Orbiter, the rocket cleared the launch rod by a few inches and the entire propellant grain burned up instantly and ejected up all at once. The rocket has a buckling wrinkle just above the motor mount. I had another from the same pack that did basically the same thing that day in another rocket.
