I327DM cato (mfg code 11301702). On Saturday night April 1 2023 I flew this reload in my night tube fin rocket. At about 1 sec after ignition the motor catoed destroying the lower portion of rocket entirely. I never found the forward closure or seal disk. The case itself was split along it's entire length, destroying it and the aeropack 54 to 38 mm adaptor. I did find the lower closure with some thread damage and the aeropack retainer. Although it was quite a spectacular night launch it was quite unexpected (lol). It was assembled per the instructions with all the O rings installed properly. The reload was purchased a number of years ago from balsa machining services and stored in our dry Arizona environment with no heat of humidity extremes.
