Staging failure. During dual stage launch, rocket launched normally on an F15-0. During flight, when transitioning to the F15-6 second stage, the engine appeared to ignite and explode immediately, destroying rocket. The engines cardboard casing is intact but completely hollow. Propellant appears to have separated from the casing and ejected.
