Comments
Based off acceleration data, motor burned .45-.55 seconds before failure. Since it was flown in a big cluster, it's unclear exactly when this specific motor lit, as some of them lit a bit late, and there's no clear visual evidence of the failure in video/pictures. Motor "chuffed" a bit while the rocket was going to apogee. When motor was assembled, rear closure was removed prior to inserting liner into case. Liner was inserted and pushed all the way forward with a spacer prior to installing the nozzle to avoid crossthreading the closure.
