Instantly on launch, appears to be an overpressure event. The aft closure was blown off, taking the retainer and back section of the motor tube with it. The case was shot up through the rocket, where it hit the avbay and pushed the nosecone and chute out. Video here: https://youtube.com/shorts/bJeYTbFCTck
