Motor burned all propellant instantly, including ejection charge. Only went 25 of the stated 1200 ft. Ejected the motor core from rocket and burned various large holes in parachute but otherwise no damage. Once motor core had been retrieved the outer casing of the motor had been wedged into motor core, requiring it to be cut out.
