Failure was at the Michiana Rocketry (NAR section #721) launch in Three Oaks, Michigan. Saturday March 13, 2021. Ignition was by an Estes starter (igniter) and was successful. The rocket booster perhaps 20 feet off the pad and the forward end of the motor blew out. It burned for only a fraction of a second before failure.
