1-grain with 2 spacers. It appears that the forward closure failed. The motor burned for 1-2sec before blowing hot gas out the front. There was charring and carbon deposits in the body tube and the spacer closest to the reload was slightly melted and fused to the delay/eject module. The case doesn't appear to be damaged.
