Weak ejection charge. Over half the clay ejection retainer cap remained in the motor case.

Motor performance was nominal and boost was good till failure of ejection charge. This is failure 1 of 2 from the same pack of motors. IE 2 of the 4 motors in the package had the same failure mode.
