After about 0.5 seconds in flight, burn through past the aft closure which resulted in an in-flight burn through of the outer casing, then the burn through of the LOC MMT and then ejection of the Aeropack tailcone retainer and some burning material, possibly some propellant. The reload was checked and confirmed correctly seated and the aft closure confirmed tightly screwed in after an earlier Pro38 I motor also experienced a burnout on the launch rail.
