Upon ignition, nozzle was ejected, propellant was ejected, rocket was shoved down the rod.

As I recall, the rocket, MegaVortico, (recently repaired) blew up upon ignition. There was damage to the rocket, it lost all fins that might be re-glued to the rocket.
