description
Forward closure failure. Looks like over-pressurization. Case failure happened from about 2.5" from the forward end, all the way up. Metal was sheared and fractured at the lower end, melted just below the threaded portion of the case. Forward closure was not found.

Failure happened at ignition, before the vehicle left the pad. AV Bay and nosecone were recovered mostly undamaged. Electronics fine.
