The motor blew the forward closure less than 50 feet after the rocket cleared the rail. The flames shot through the cardboard airframe resulting in a total loss of the rocket. The airframe above the motor completely burned by the time I got to it with fire extinguisher. The fin can also sustained irreparable fire damage. The only undamaged parts were the nose cone and the parachute.
